Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fee refunds for programs, courses, workshops, certifications, events, and other services offered by LeapStart. By enrolling in any program or making a payment to LeapStart, students, parents, or participants agree to this Refund Policy.

General Policy

LeapStart invests substantial resources in curriculum planning, faculty allocation, infrastructure, partnerships, onboarding, technology access, and operational readiness for every enrolled student. Therefore, refunds are governed by the timelines and conditions mentioned below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email to the admissions or support team of LeapStart.

Application Fee & Seat Registration Fee

Application fees, registration fees, processing charges, and seat-blocking amounts are refundable only if the student doesn’t qualify in the Qualifier Exam.

• Eligible refund: Up to 75% of the payment.
• Administrative deductions and payment gateway charges may apply.

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fee, whether it is part payment or full payment, is not refundable under any circumstances which includes partial attendance, non-attendance, voluntary withdrawal, change of interest, relocation, academic difficulty, or personal reasons.

Refunds for Short-Term Programs, Workshops & Bootcamps

For Workshops, Bootcamps, Executive Programs, Skill Certifications, Events, Webinars and Masterclasses, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the commencement: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days of the commencement: No refund
• Non-attendance does not qualify for refund.

Scholarship & Discounted Admissions

Students admitted under Scholarships, Promotional offers, Early-bird pricing, Corporate tie-ups, Institutional collaborations, Special discounted pricing may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly approved by LeapStart management.

EMI / Financing / Third-Party Loan Cases

If tuition fees are financed through EMI providers, NBFCs, Education loan partners, Third-party financing agencies then:

• Refunds, if applicable, will first be settled against outstanding financing obligations.
• Processing fees, interest charges, and lender deductions are non-refundable.
• Students remain responsible for obligations arising from financing agreements.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy may be considered solely at the discretion of LeapStart management in exceptional situations such as:

• Serious medical emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Institutional operational constraints

Supporting documentation may be required and Management decisions in such cases shall be final and binding.

Program Changes

LeapStart reserves the right to:

• Reschedule batches
• Modify curriculum
• Change faculty
• Update program structure
• Conduct sessions in online/offline/hybrid mode

Such operational changes shall not constitute grounds for refund.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15–30 business days. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever feasible. LeapStart shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

Non-Transferability

Fees paid are:

• Non-transferable between students
• Non-transferable across programs unless specifically approved by management.

Acceptance of Policy

By making payment and enrolling in any LeapStart program, the student/parent acknowledges that they have:

LeapStart reserves the right to revise or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
